What is included
IT support for up to 10 devices
Problems with computers, printers, accounts and the office network, handled remotely or on site, plus regular follow-up.
Backup with restore tests
Your important data is backed up, and we test restoring it regularly. A backup that was never restored is not a backup.
Email security
SPF, DKIM and DMARC set up on your domain, so your emails reach customers and others cannot easily send in your name.
Basic security monitoring
Alert-based monitoring during business hours, with a clear response when something looks wrong.

No. Monitoring is alert-based during business hours; the hours and response times are written in the contract.
What if we have more than 10 devices?
We price managed IT by device count. Tell us your numbers on the call and we will give you a clear quote.
Do we have to buy new equipment?
Not necessarily. We work with what you have and only recommend purchases when they are really needed.
