Frequently asked questions
Straight answers about how we engage, deliver, and support.
How does an engagement with DinoSoft start?
It starts with a free consultation. We scope your environment and goals, then deliver a written proposal with clear deliverables, timeline, and pricing. No obligations until you approve it.
Do you work with small businesses or only enterprises?
Both. Our services are modular: an SME may need a security assessment and managed IT, while an enterprise may need a full SOC. The engineering standard is the same.
Is penetration testing safe for our production systems?
Yes. Testing follows a signed rules-of-engagement document that defines scope, timing, and methods. Critical systems are tested with non-disruptive techniques and constant communication.
Can you support our existing infrastructure without rebuilding it?
Yes. We start with an audit, stabilize what works, and propose changes only where risk or cost justifies them. No forced migrations.
Do you provide ongoing support after a project ends?
Every project includes a handover and warranty period, and most clients continue with a managed services agreement covering monitoring, maintenance, and support under a defined SLA.
How do you handle confidentiality and our data?
We sign NDAs before any technical discovery, restrict access to named engineers, and hand over or destroy all credentials and data at the end of the engagement.
Which regions do you serve?
We are based in Egypt and serve clients across the Middle East. Remote delivery covers most services; on-site work is available where the engagement requires it.
Can you build custom software that integrates with our ERP or CRM?
Yes. API development and integration is a core service: we connect ERP, CRM, POS, and e-commerce systems and build custom modules where off-the-shelf tools fall short.
