Overview

A retailer needed a fast bilingual storefront, a straightforward checkout, and one source of truth for orders and stock.

The Challenge

Customers need to find products and complete payment easily, while the operations team needs reliable stock, order, shipping, and customer data without repeated manual entry.

The Solution

We designed a responsive bilingual storefront, integrated a supported payment gateway and shipping provider, connected inventory through authenticated APIs, and delivered an accessible admin workflow with audit logging and tested recovery.

Before implementation, we agree on a baseline and acceptance criteria. Performance, security checks, recovery tests, and operational handover are documented against that baseline. No improvement figure is claimed here without a verified measurement.
