A retailer wanted to stop guessing how much stock to order and start predicting demand from its own historical sales data.

The Challenge

Overstocking tied up cash while stockouts lost sales. Buying decisions relied on gut feel, and seasonal spikes routinely caught the team off guard.

The Solution

We built a data pipeline from their sales systems and trained a machine-learning model to forecast demand per product and location, surfaced through clear dashboards for the buying team.

ERP Recovery When Encrypted Files Kept Their Names

Four months after ransomware encrypted the ERP system an operating business runs on, and after several repair attempts, it was still down. A previous contractor had produced clean copies of its databases, but on a newer SQL Server version the system could not use; we moved that data to the version this installation needed, rebuilt the system on clean, isolated infrastructure and handed it over running, with its business records verified.
